Frequently Asked Questions: SIZING

Does your dress size run big or small?
They can run big or small. It depends on the manufacturer. Please take a few minutes to measure your child and view our size chart provided for each dress located in the product description page.

What is the correct way to measure my flower girl?
To get an accurate body measurement, always keep the tape parallel to the floor when measuring. Wear undergarments only; do not measure over clothing. Once you know your body measurements, consult the Size Chart on the product pages to determine which size you should purchase.
  • Chest: Take the tape measure under her arms and go directly over the bust line. Get an actual measurement. Do not add an extra inch or pull your child's skin. The tape measure should sit comfortably around your child without pinching or pulling of the skin.
  • Waist: Measure your child where the belly button sits. Some children have a slight pooch belly; you will want to measure the widest point of your child's belly.
  • Length: The length of the garment is measured from the top of the shoulder to the hem line. Starting from your child's shoulder, take the tape measure all the way down to see how long a dress will be.
Note: Please keep in mind that manufacturers use different sizing standards to manufacturer the merchandise, and sizing may vary accordingly.

What if I get the dress and it doesn't fit?
Contact our company the same day that you receive the item and you will receive a request for return merchandise authorization form.

Note that all dresses received on a Friday or Saturday via air, cannot be returned. Please kindly refer to our return and exchange policy for instructions.

Are your dresses floor length or tea-length?

Most of our dresses fall mid-calf to ankle length. Please refer to the product description for a detail description of a particular item.

Do you do alterations?
We do not provide alteration services. An experienced seamstress/alteration store near you can provide you with necessary alterations.

Do you have swatches of your dresses?

Because we do not manufacture, we do not have swatches available.

Can the flowers be taken off of the waist of the dresses so that I can place my own sash on top?
Most of our flowers are detachable. Please read the product description in its entirety before you make your purchase.

Do I need a petticoat to make the dress pouf?

Most of our dresses have additional crinoline built into the second layer of the interior of the dress. You may choose to leave it as is or add separate the netting for a even fuller effect. Please read the product description in its entirety before you make your purchase.

Do I need a slip with the dress so that it will not itch?

Most of our dresses are fully lined so it will not irritate your childs delicate skin. Please read the product description in its entirety before you make your purchase.

Where are your products made?
90% of the products we carry are made in the USA. We specify whether it has been manufactured in the USA in our product pages. Please note that our imported products are thoroughly inspected for quality as we only sell the finest products.

How do I get my Free Shipping?
Receive free shipping on your total purchase of $80.00 USD. Total purchase amount is calculated before taxes and shipping and handling. Method of promotional free shipping will be UPS ground shipping (5-7 business day transit time). Offer is good for one destination to all domestic addresses excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Promo code must be entered at time of checkout, NO EXCEPTIONS. Not valid with previous purchases. May not be combined with other promotional offers. Limited time offer. Other restrictions may apply.

Discounted orders: If for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item and you received free shipping for this item, a ground charge shipping will be deducted from the amount credited back to you. If for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item and the amount of merchandise kept after the return does not reach the minimum requirement for the original discount given in the order, the discount amount will be properly deducted from the refund. For example, If any items are returned on a order that was granted the promotional free shipping with a minimum purchase of $80, and a return is made with the remaining order kept being less than $80 a shipping fee will be charged for all items on the original order.

When will my flower girl dress be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within one to three business days after you place your order, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock in our main warehouse. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays. If the wear date is within 10 business days of your order date, we encourage you to choose an expedited shipping option. We do not guarantee arrival date of an order. Once an order is placed, the shipping option that was selected on the order can no longer be changed. UPS does not guarantee expedited shipping arrival to Hawaii and Alaska.

How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email from us with the UPS tracking number.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed, your order cannot be canceled. Please see our Return and Exchanges policy. All shipping fees will be incurred by the customer.

Can I have UPS hold my package or re-route it to a different address?
UPS cannot ship to a different address once the package is en route.

How fast will I get my order with UPS ground shipping?
Most orders are shipped within one to three business days after you place your order, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock in our main warehouse. UPS ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days transit time. If the wear date is within 10 business days of your order date, we encourage you to choose an expedited shipping option. We do not guarantee arrival date of an order. Once an order is placed, the shipping option that was selected on the order can no longer be changed.

Does UPS ship on Saturdays?
UPS only ships packages Monday through Fridays. They do not ship on Saturdays and all National Holidays.

Do you require someone to sign for the package?
We do not require a signature unless you contact us to let us know before shipping. However, UPS does reserve the right to require a signature if they feel that they are not able to leave the package in a secured environment.

Do you have international shipping?
We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.

Does UPS ship to a P.O. Box?
We apologize for any inconvenience. UPS can only ship to physical address.  If you place an order with the shipping destination as a P.O. Box, your order will be held until we obtain a physical address from you.

I'm on vacation, can you ship it to me here?
We apologize for any inconvenience. We do not ship to any Motels, Hotels, and/or Resorts..  If you place an order with the shipping destination as any of the mentioned, your order will be held until we obtain a physical address from you.

We do not do price adjustments. We cannot reimburse you for previously purchased items that are presently on sale or that may go on sale in the future.
