We work very to provide you with flower girl dresses and baby dresses at the most affordable prices. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you in refunding your money provided the following correct procedure is taken.
Returns & Exchanges Criteria:
How to Make an Exchange:
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed, in its original NEW condition, and smoke-free condition.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Redlined and flash sale items, hosiery, accessories , and seasonal items such as holiday dresses are final sale.
- Gifts may be returned for store credit only.
- If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including sashes, flowers, removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice and customs documents (if applicable).
If you want to exchange a item(s), you must place a new order
online for the item(s). The original item(s) will need to be returned by following our return policy below. They original form of payment will be refunded once the original item(s) are returned and the proper procedures are followed. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued for the item(s) cost only. This will expedite the process so that you can receive the exchange item(s) faster, and will ensure the correct items be sent without confusion.

- Please return the item within 7 days of receiving your package. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We DO NOT accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. The Return Label is not pre-paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. (For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.)
- You will receive a confirmation email once everything is processed and completed.
- NancyAugust.com reserves the right to reject returns sent , or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
- If your order qualified for free shipping prior to your return or exchange, a ground shipping charge will be deducted from the amount credited back to you if the remaining merchandise does not meet the minimum requirement for the original discount. For example, if any items are returned on an order that was granted the promotional free shipping with a minimum purchase of $80, and a return is made with the remaining order kept being less than $80 a shipping fee will be charged for all items on the original order.
- We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the communicated return period limit.
- Items that do not match the return/exchange criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a restocking fee - additional restocking fee if the returned item is damaged or tainted.
- Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as NancyAugust is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages during transit.
