In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you in refunding your money provided the following correct procedure is taken.
Exchanges: If you want to exchange a item(s), you must place a
new order online for the item(s). The original item(s) will need to be returned by following our return policy below. They original form of payment will be refunded once the original item(s) are returned and the proper procedures are followed.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the item(s) cost only. This will expedite the process so that you can receive the exchange item(s) faster, and will ensure the correct items be sent without confusion.

2) In order to make a return, goods must be shipped back the within 7 business day after it is received by customer(s).
Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the shipped date. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
3) The item you are returning must be unworn, intact, and in its original NEW condition with all tags attached, including all accompanied accessories that came with the item(s). 20% restocking fee will be applied with all returns.
- You may be charged an additional restocking fee if the returned item is damaged or tainted.
- If the amount of merchandise kept after the return does not reach the minimum requirement for a promotional discount given in an order, the discount amount will be properly adjusted from the refund.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice and customs documents (if applicable).
- Any items that fall under our accessories category may not be returned or exchanged and deemed a final sale.
- Any items that fall under our holiday dresses category may not be returned or exchanged after December 23rd and will be considered a final sale.
4) Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- NancyAugust.com is not responsible lost packages or damaged items during transit.

6) Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
