We want your experience at to be one of a kind, filled with gorgeous items, excellent service, and fabulous deals! We hope you love each item you receive, and we are here to help. Whether you need a different size, color, or item(s), we will gladly help you with your exchange. Receive a complimentary prepaid return label for your exchanges! Want a refund? Returns & Exchanges Criteria:
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed, in its original NEW condition, and smoke-free condition.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Redlined and flash sale items, hosiery, accessories , and seasonal items are final sale.
  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories (including sashes, flowers, removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox, unworn, intact without any signs of wear. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
  • All Returns and Exchanges will have a $1 return processing fee deducted from the refund amount.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice and customs documents (if applicable).
  • A $2 return processing fee will be deducted for the first item from all Returns and Exchanges. Any additional item(s) returned will incur an additional $1 return processing fee. (Please see deductions below)
  • Returns and Exchanges will NOT be accepted after 30 days of receiving item(s).

How to Make an Exchange:

We like to make exchanges as easy and as fast as possible. Simply place a new order for the new sizes needed. This will expedite the process so that you can receive the exchange item(s) faster, and will ensure the correct items be sent in a timely manner. Contact our customer care once your new order has been placed to receive (1) complimentary prepaid return label for your exchange item(s). Exchanges can only be made for the same item(s) in your original order; different item(s) do not qualify for exchanges. You will need to return your original item(s) for a refund by following the Simple Returns instructions below! Complimentary prepaid return labels are allowed ONE time only.

  2. Please reference your old and new order number.
  3. Customer Care will send you a prepaid return label only for your exchange item(s).
Note: Return labels must be used within 10 days of issued date. Each label is created specifically for each item(s) within your order for exchange; unauthorized returned item(s) sent back with our return label will incur a $12 shipping fee. This applies to all domestic orders within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

How to Make a Return:
  1. Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.
  2. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact by phone or e-mail within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
  3. Please return the item within 7 days of receiving your package. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We DO NOT accept C.O.D. deliveries. Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. The Return Label is not pre-paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  5. We recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  6. Returns sent back to us by rejection of packages will incur shipping fee deduction assessed by our Returns Department in addition our standard shipping deductions.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email once everything is processed and completed.

Discounted Orders:

If the amount of item(s) kept after a return does not meet the minimum requirement for the original discount given in the order, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if an order placed received a 10% discounted for a purchase over $150, and a return is made with the remaining order kept is less than $150, then the 10% discount will also be deducted. FREE SHIPPING is for customers who purchase and keep their items. Returned item(s) on promotional free shipping will have shipping and return processing fee deductions.

  1. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. (For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.)
  2. 2. All Returns and Exchanges will have a $2 return processing fee deducted from the refund amount for the first item, any additional item(s) returned will incur an additional $1 return processing fee per item.

*This only applies to orders with $5 Standard Shipping or Orders qualified for Free Shipping* **This excludes expedited, international and non U.S. domestic address orders. Original Shipping fees of your order will be deducted + $2 Return Processing Fee. **

  • Items that do not match the return/exchange criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a restocking fee - additional restocking fee if the returned item is damaged or tainted.
  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as NancyAugust is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages during transit.
