Returns

NancyAugust.com specializes in offering a complete line of kids formal wear. Childrens clothing is our forte and we are here to serve you. We stock dresses for children of all ages. We carry a grand selection of baby dresses, toddler dresses and girls dresses. We take great pride in bringing you quality childrens formal wear for all special occasions. We work very hard at NancyAugust.com to provide you with flower girl dresses and baby dresses at the most affordable prices. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you in refunding your money provided the following correct procedure is taken.


Returns:
1) If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact a NancyAugust.com representative within 1 business day of receiving your order. All returns must be authorized by NancyAugust.com.
2) The item you are returning MUST be in its NEW original condition, with all tags attached, wrappings, on original hanger and be accompanied by all accessories that came with the item(s) such as free ties, headbands, bloomers, hats, extra buttons, etc. A 20% restocking fee will be applied with all returns. However, if the returned item is damaged or tainted, you may be charges up to 50% in restocking fee.
3) Any items received by air on Friday or Saturday, cannot be returned or exchanged.
4) In order to make a return, goods must be shipped back the next business day after it is received by customer. For example, if you receive the package at noon on Monday, June 3 package must be returned and post marked on Tuesday June.
5) The returned item must be unworn and in the same condition upon leaving our warehouse with all the original tags attached. If there are signs of usage or if the tags are missing, the merchandise will not be refunded and deemed a final sale.
6) The customer is responsible for return postage. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the item(s) cost only. Please ship your return merchandise authorization form along with your full name, order number, reason for return with tracking information. We are not responsible lost packages or damaged items during transit. Collect shipments will be refused. The original credit card/paypal account will usually be refunded in 30 days once the returned items are received and the proper procedures are followed.

Discounted Orders:
If the amount of merchandise kept after the return does not reach the minimum requirement for the original discount given in the order, the discount amount will be properly deducted from the refund. For example, If any items are returned on a order that was granted the free shipping with a minimum purchase of $80 promotion, and a return is made with the remaining order kept being less than $80, a shipping fee will be charged for all items on the original order.

If for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item  on an order in which you used a percentage promotional discount, the percentage amount  of the entire order will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, If any items are returned on a order that was granted the promotional 10% off, then the 10% discount will be removed from the entire order.

Accessories:
Any items that fall under our accessories category including but not limited to gloves, shoes, socks, sashes, jewelry, tiaras, headbands, veils, head wreaths, petticoats, hoop skirts, etc. may not be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Holiday Dresses:
Any items that fall under our holiday dresses category may not be returned or exchanged after December 23rd. Any items that fall under holiday dresses purchased after December 23rd is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Fulfillment Mistakes:
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of a incorrect product to you must be brought to the attention of a NancyAugust.com representative within 1 business day of receiving the item(s). A new order must be placed for the correct item(s) to be shipped out. After, the new order is made, NancyAugust.com will reimburse you with the cost of regular ground shipping regardless of what shipping method was chosen at time of purchase. NancyAugust.com will not be responsible for any expedited shipping costs chosen on the newly placed order A shipping label will be sent to you for the wrong item(s) to be post marked and mailed back within 1 business day of receiving the incorrect item(s). Once the item(s) are received and confirmed that all original tags are attached, item(s) are in new condition, and all parts are present such as free ties, headbands, bloomers, hats, etc., you will be refunded. If the incorrect item(s) is not postmarked within 1 business day from receiving the order, a re-stocking fee may apply.

Typographical Error:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, NancyAugust.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NancyAugust.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NancyAugust.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If the item has been shipped you must notify a NancyAugust.com representative within 1 business day of receiving your order. In the event a product description listed is incorrect due to typographical error or error in information received from our suppliers, you must notify a NancyAugust.com representative within 1 business day of receiving your order.
